In addition to being able to personalize the BeHear ACCESS hearing headset to suit your own hearing capabilities, the device can be further customized in real time to suit your current circumstances, using the BeHear app. Features such as sound direction, own voice suppression, support for unilateral hearing (CROS and BiCROS), and tone control (for Model II*) are covered. This video describes all the available options for getting the most out of your BeHear ACCESS in personal hearing mode.
* To determine if you have Model II, check for a round green sticker on the box and the inside of the neckband, and/or check the Information / Version section of the W&H BeHear app for Hardware Version 2.0.2 and Release Version F2xx.
