Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item you purchased from the alango-behear.com site (from the date you received it). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important note: Please contact us before sending back your unit in order to receive shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you. After inspecting the item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate an immediate refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
